Alejandro, 47, was shot in the 2600 block of Seneca Street shortly before 12:50 p.m. Despite immediate emergency efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain unclear, and as of now, no suspects have been taken into custody.
